Fender is, of course, the number one brand of electric guitars and basses.

It's loved by countless top artists, including Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, and Geddy Lee. (Titles omitted)

The Jazz Bass was released as a higher-end model than the Precision Bass.

Its sharp, clear sound is loved by many bassists, and it continues to receive overwhelming support and shines brightly even today.

This is a 1972 Jazz Bass.

Each potentiometer is engraved with "304-7205".

Furthermore, the black block inlays and binding are specifications only used on models manufactured between 1972 and 1973.

The year was determined from other specifications.

The body is alder, and the neck and fretboard are maple.

While the combination of ash and maple might come to mind when thinking of the 70s, the combination of alder and maple, with its light midrange, is also wonderful.

The body shows overall signs of use, giving it a vintage feel.

The fretboard is adorned with black binding and block inlays, giving it a distinctive look.

The pickups are original gray bobbins.

The fast, tight sound characteristic of the 70s is distinctive, yet it also possesses an open midrange nuance, a charm unique to this instrument with its Alder and Maple construction.

Don't miss this opportunity!

The frets have approximately 50% remaining.

The truss rod is in good condition.

The neck is in good condition.

The body and paintwork show scratches, dents, paint chips, and weather checking.

The inlay at the first fret is lifting. You may feel it catching or sinking when playing.

The lifting may become more pronounced in the future due to humidity changes.

Currently, the impact on playability is minimal, and problems are unlikely to occur unless the environment is excessively humid.

The electronics are in good condition.

Some of the set screws on the 2nd string bridge saddles have been replaced.
