Hi all - for sale is my very good condition Fender Jazzmaster from the Custom Shop.

Full specs are on the Floor Traveller as pictured but this is a 1959 Reissue bought new by myself. It's had minimal home use only in a pet and smoke free house.

Headline specs are this has the Jazzmaster C shape neck, a lovely slab board of rosewood, the journeyman relic finish and an ash body with handwound pickups. It's the journeyman relic finish type so has lots of checking all over (which is hard to picture!) and a number of nicks and dings stock from the factory. The finish is also sanded off the back of the neck to give it a played in feel. This also has 250k pots stock from the factory as opposed to the 1 meg type.

Comes with the original case and all the case candy / COA. Case is also in as new condition.

This particular Jazzmaster weights about 8 pounds 12 ounces but it feels lighter than that, it’s very nicely balanced.

Only mods are the pickguard has been swapped to a Lavaguard (RRP of £190) which is a very convincing tort guard replica but the original anodized Fender one will be included in a sale. No mods or extra screws holes have been drilled when swapping the guards so it’s easy to swap back. Also, the RSD bridge has been sold and this currently has a Hosco "modern" Jazzmaster bridge fitted which works well. I have a Staytrem on backorder which would provide narrower string spacing that I'd prefer, so if that arrives before this sells, I'll include in the sale (currently no Staytrem bridge is included and I don’t expect that to arrive until early 2027!)
