A Rare Late-’80s Shredder Reemerges For a Limited Time

The Ibanez RG565R Genesis Collection electric guitar brings back the high-performance style and unmistakable attitude of the legendary RG models from the late 1980s. Made in Japan and inspired by a limited-production RG from Ibanez’s golden era of shred, the RG565R combines classic styling with the speed, precision, and playability modern guitarists demand. The lightweight basswood body delivers a balanced, resonant tone while retaining the sleek contours and aggressive shape that made the Ibanez RG a favourite among rock and metal players.
