How quickly will my order ship?
We ship every day Monday-Friday excluding holidays, and all orders are shipped within one business day after payment is completed.

How will my order be shipped?
Butler Music primarily ships via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and the U.S. Postal Service. Express and expedited shipping options are also available at the customer’s expense.

Will I receive the instrument shown in the photos?
For all used instruments and any new instruments priced above $499, the listing photos show the actual instrument you will receive.

Has the instrument been inspected and set up?
New guitars are shipped with the factory setup because shipping conditions and changes in weather can affect an instrument’s setup. All new insruments priced over $499.00 get physically inspected and get a basic setup but not a total setup. Used guitars receive a basic setup before they are listed and are adjusted to general playing standards.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately, keep all packaging materials, and hold on to the item until you receive further instructions from us. We will respond within one business day and help you begin the shipping claim. We will replace the damaged item whenever possible. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.

Can I return a used or vintage item?
Yes. Used and vintage items may be returned for a refund unless the listing specifically states that the item is being sold “as is.” This designation is generally reserved for damaged items or project instruments.
