The EarthQuaker Devices Park Fuzz Sound is a hand-made germanium fuzz guitar pedal created in collaboration with the resurrected Park Amplification.

Overview and History

The original Park Fuzz Sound was a rare 1960s British fuzz pedal produced by Park, an offshoot brand of Marshall started by Jim Marshall. The vintage circuit was based on a Mark III Tone Bender design with unlabeled transistors.

EarthQuaker Devices worked with Park to meticulously recreate the sound using hand-selected New Old Stock (NOS) germanium transistors.

Integration: Built with an electronic relay-based true bypass switching system, low current draw (3 mA), and a modern 9V center-negative power supply layout that avoids the polarity quirks of the original.
