Made in 2001 in Indonesia, this beautifully preserved Jasmine by Takamine S34C acoustic guitar features a classic natural satin finish. Built in October of that year during the highly regarded era when the brand was engineered and distributed directly by Takamine, this NEX orchestra-style model features a comfortable Venetian cutaway for effortless access to the upper frets. It feels exceptionally comfortable and fast in the hand, featuring an ultra-playable slim neck profile that allows for easy fret reach and plenty of room for smooth, fatigue-free chord changes. It delivers a balanced, clear tone courtesy of its spruce top and sapele back and sides, making it an exceptional, easy-playing instrument for beginners and seasoned fingerstyle players alike. Sonically, it produces a warm, open tone with surprising definition and projection for a mid-sized body, largely supported by its custom interior bracing system that allows the spruce top to vibrate freely. Cosmetically, this guitar is in great used condition showing very little playwear from previous use. There is no fret wear apparent from previous use and this guitar has been professionally set up with new strings and weighs in at 4 pounds, 5 ounces.
