A Hardtail Axe Engineered for Top-level Performance
Oozing with high-performance appointments, the Jackson American Series Virtuoso HT is built for speed, precision, and high-octane tone. Its Dinky-shaped alder body fits you like a second skin, making this solidbody electric guitar feel like a natural extension of your latent performance power. Its 5-piece caramelized maple Speed Neck features a comfortable satin urethane finish, topped by a lightning-fast compound-radius, 24-fret streaked ebony fingerboard. A classic Seymour Duncan humbucker pairing voices the Virtuoso for everything from fusion to hard rock to full-tilt metal. You also get coil splitting, giving rise to a range of humbucker and single-coil sonics. Moreover, this American Series axe features top-of-the-line hardware, including a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut, rock-solid Gotoh MG-T locking tuners, and a bulletproof Hipshot 6 hardtail bridge. Eye-catching aesthetics, mother-of-pearl fingerboard inlays, and Luminlay side markers round out the red-hot Jackson American Series Virtuoso HT.
Players with high-performance demands will be duly impressed by the American Series Virtuoso HT. For starters, this solidbody electric guitar boasts a balanced-sounding alder body, which is carved into Jackson's supremely ergonomic Dinky shape. You'll appreciate the comfort of the Virtuoso HT's 5-piece caramelized maple Speed neck and its 24-fret, compound-radius streaked ebony fingerboard, topped off with classy mother-of-pearl offset dot inlays and Luminlay side markers. A pointed headstock with a classic Jackson logo puts the perfect finish on this guitar.
Calibrated for high-output crunch
The guitarists here at Sweetwater are blown away by the high-output crunch afforded by the Jackson American Series Virtuoso HT's direct-mount Seymour Duncan humbuckers. In the bridge, you'll find a JB TB-4 — the classic hot-rodded humbucker. You know, that sound — the one we've all loved for the last 30 years. In the neck, you get a '59 SH-1N, arming you with intense PAF-like tones with slightly scooped mids. These scorchers boast plenty of output without sacrificing tone, adding harmonics, sustain, and the perfect amount of distortion to your playing. To top it off, the Virtuoso includes a 5-way blade pickup switch that unlocks a galvanizing gamut of humbucker and single-coil tones.
Built for rock-solid riffage
The American Series Virtuoso HT is a veritable riff-crafting machine. Jackson’s luthiers spared no effort in outfitting it with everything needed to support a deliverance of dynamic playing and scorching solos. Its six-in-line Gotoh MG-T locking tuners keep your sound dialed in with exacting precision, making easy work of long-haul stage, studio, and woodshed playing. A Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut was chosen to ensure your sounds are reliably buzz-free. At the same time, the easy-access, dual-action truss rod wheel — located at the base of the fretboard — allows you to seamlessly tailor your intonation to suit your playing preferences. Bookending the strings, a Hipshot 6 hardtail bridge blends an unobtrusive form factor with laser-accurate alignment, safeguarding your sound from unintended tonal tampering to rock the night away.
