Looking for something different but not totally off the wall? Offered here is the Thinline variant of my original design streamlined and downsized Model 51 Offset hardtail slab body.  It's a Quilt Maple top with an Ash core routed for 2 Humbuckers, Upper Toggle switch, 2 volume, 2 tone, and top mount jack.  Weighs 3.95 lbs.

It includes Matte black control covers plus optional Black 3 ply pickguard.  Cream 1 ply is available at no charge instead, just ask. Check my store for my compatible drop in wiring harness

This body will work with any Fender or compatible 25-1/2" scale Strat or Jazzmaster style neck, standard 4 bolt neck plate, and popular 2-1/16" narrow spaced hardtail bridges. 

Neck pocket is the Strat/Jazzmaster curved end shape.  Neck pockets are routed to 2.19 (2-3/16") wide with very tight tolerance so necks fit snug. If your neck measures much more than 2.19" wide at the heel with calipers, you may need to sand the neck or the pocket for proper fit.  This is by design.

 Pickup routs are neck 3/4" deep.  

 You will need to drill holes for bridge, pickup rings, and strap buttons.  Everything else is done. All wire channels are routed or drilled.

Sanded to 220g all around and ready for finish. If you are applying oil, dye, or stain directly to the wood I recommended raising the grain and sanding to 320g.

• Rear string ferrules holes:  5/16" 
• >> works with Fender vintage or modern or compatible 5/16 " (8mm) ferrules like Gotoh
• 2 x Humbucker pickup routs 3/4" deep with 1” ends routed for rings
• Upper Switch cavity accepts 3 way toggle
• Lower Control cavity accepts 4 standard or push pull pots and one jack
• Wire channels for pickups, switch, controls, and bridge string ground routed or drilled
• Matte black control covers with machine screws and cavity inserts installed, plus optional Black 3 ply pickguard

Will be packed securely in bubble wrap and thick cardboard. I don't offer free shipping on bodies because of their weight: the cost varies too much by zip code. Buyer pays UPS Ground Shipping based on your proximity to NJ. The shipping cost includes full value Insurance.
