This Les Paul is in excellent condition and feels like new. Gibson says this is a slim taper asymmetrical neck with a compound radius fretboard (see CME info sheet). It has a beautiful gold top finish with a mahogany wood grain neck and body. The back is nicely matched and is better than the average LP. All surfaces are a gloss lacquer finish and are extremely clean. The only marks I find are a couple of very small dimples around the bridge tone knob and at the harness cover edge on the back. Frets and fretboard look and feel like new. It has factory locking grover tuners. The nut has been replaced with a hand carved genuine bone piece, nicer than the factory white corian, IMO. Bindings are all in good shape and look like the white is starting to age. Pickups are Burstbucker Pros and the input jack is a Neutrik jack that has a cable lock. The wiring harness is an original Gibson "no solder" factory circuit board. It has the original wood & tolex case which is also in excellent condition. There is an info sheet by Chicago Music Exchange from the prior sellers listing that shows detailed specs. This guitar has been a case queen at my house and I need to make some room.

In response to a question, I have weighed the guitar and believe it to be about 8.37 lbs.
