Technics sl-5 1980s - Silver

The Technics SL-5 is a vintage, jacket-sized, fully automatic linear-tracking turntable produced by Technics during the early 1980s. Highly regarded for its compact footprint and plug-and-play simplicity, it uses a direct-drive system and an integrated platter/motor mechanism that delivers highly precise playback tracking.

The tone arm belt has been replaced and the tone arm rails have been cleaned and lubricated.

There are several very minor marks on the dust cover that I think could be buffed out easily.

This unit does come with a power cord and ground wire.

• Fully Automatic Operation: You can close the dust cover and simply press "Start". The player detects the record size (12-inch or 7-inch) automatically, sets the speed (33 or 45 RPM), and cues the arm.
