Blueridge BR-160A Historic Craftman Series 2026

Blueridge BR-160A Historic Craftsman Series Dreadnought

The Blueridge BR-160A is a premium, vintage-inspired dreadnought built for players who want powerful projection, exceptional tonal balance, and the character of a classic pre-war acoustic. With its combination of high-quality tonewoods and traditional construction, the BR-160A delivers a rich, dynamic voice that truly comes alive in the hands of a strong strummer or flatpicker.

A solid Adirondack spruce top provides impressive headroom, clarity, and projection, while the solid rosewood back and sides add deep bass, sparkling highs, complex overtones, and outstanding sustain. The result is a powerful yet balanced acoustic tone that works beautifully for everything from aggressive flatpicking to nuanced fingerstyle playing.

The BR-160A features forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing, allowing the spruce top to vibrate freely and respond with impressive volume and dynamics. Vintage-inspired appointments, a comfortable mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, and traditional styling complete the classic look and feel.
