Squier Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe Electric Guitar - 3-color Sunburst, Laurel Fingerboard

Serial Number: ISSE26000068 Weight: 7 lbs 8 oz

An Adventurous Amalgamation of Classic Fender Designs

One-part Strat, one-part Tele, and all business when it comes to tone, the Squier Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe provides the adventurous guitarist a truly distinct platform to build their signature sound upon. A classically contoured Strat-style nyatoh body kicks this 6-string off, topped with a swooping 3-ply pickguard inspired by the iconic Tele Thinline. Plug in, and an alnico-powered pairing of a Telecaster neck pickup and a heavyweight humbucker in the bridge allows you to call up everything from vintage-style California shimmer to all-out rock ’n’ roll fury. What’s more, the bridge humbucker can be split with a push-pull knob to unlock twangy bridge-position textures. Moving on to the other end, you get a slim, satin-finished maple C neck capped with a modern 9.5-inch radius and 22 narrow-tall frets — a combination that accommodates big bends and complex chord shapes with equal comfort. And when the mood strikes for a touch of tremolo, a traditional 6-post Strat bridge allows for surfy waves and expressive bends. Fresh and familiar all at once, the Squier Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe is sure to distinguish you from the legions of S- and T-style solidbodies.

Versatile HS pickup pairing

A Tele-inspired pickup configuration emboldens the Squier Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe with a flexible array of HS textures. First up, the neck position boasts an alnico-powered Telecaster neck pickup to cover all your clean endeavors with a bright, defined, and articulate character. In contrast, the bridge position alnico humbucker brings the heat with its thick, punchy timbre and full-range response. Plus, flipping up the push-pull Tone knob splits the humbucker to supply biting bridge-position twang.

Effortlessly playable neck

Whether you’re the band’s dedicated rhythm player or a soloist seeking your next #1, navigating the Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe's fretboard is a breeze. Its bolt-on maple neck boasts a comfortable C shape that fills your hand nicely while also staying out of your way. This guitar's fingerboard features a modern-feeling 9.5-inch radius, with 22 narrow-tall frets for fleet-fingered playability and silky smooth bends. And much to the delight of vintage Fender fanatics, the Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe also includes a large ’70s-inspired Strat headstock for an additional dash of old-school charm.

A well-appointed patchwork of parts

Squier pulled out all the stops with this Paranormal-series creation. For starters, it's built around a well-contoured Strat body crafted from nyatoh wood. The Paranormal Stratocaster Deluxe also includes a 3-ply Tele Thinline-style pickguard, along with rock-solid vintage-style tuning machines and a traditional 6-post Stratocaster tremolo. Chrome-plated hardware and a spotlight-stealing gloss finish complete this head-turning solidbody electric guitar.
