A very tidy example of the Boss CE-5 Chorus Ensemble Pedal.

The CE-5 Chorus Ensemble covers a wide frequency range and features high and low-cut filters. This lets you create any kind of chorus effect from a mild, natural chorus to the clear and penetrating stereo chorus effect popular in contemporary music.

Boss pedals are renowned for quality and value and the CE-5 has been an industry favourite for over 20 years. What that means is you get a great sounding pedal with adjustable settings to fit your style at an affordable price.

What does a chorus pedal do?

A chorus pedal repeats what you play at very close intervals, to create the illusion of multiple guitars playing at once. When you increase the depth, it increases the intensity of the effect, making it sound as if there are more of the same instrument. When you adjust the rate (or delay time) it simply reduces and stretches the time between repeats.

Renowned Boss build quality

Boss pedals have a reputation for being built like tanks. You can be sure that however much you drop it, kick it, throw it and jump on it, it'll still come back for more. These pedals constantly survive the rigours of rock 'n' roll touring, and that's why they're seen at the feet of top touring pros everywhere.
