Spector Limited Euro 4 LX in Black Stain Gloss, the Sweetwater-exclusive finish from the Limited Euro LX series. This version takes several visual cues from Spector’s Custom Shop instruments, including a maple fingerboard, matching figured-maple headstock, gloss finish, and gold hardware. The maple board is especially uncommon on the Euro line, which normally uses rosewood. This model currently sells new for $3,779.99.

It is strung and professionally set up for BEAD tuning, with a Hipshot Xtender installed on the low string for instant AEAD Drop-A tuning. It is ready for modern metal, djent, doom, or any other application that calls for a dedicated low-register four-string.

The original factory nut and original Spector tuning machine are both included, allowing it to be returned to standard EADG tuning and its original configuration. The conversion is completely reversible.

Construction is classic neck-through Euro LX: a fully carved figured-maple top over a European alder body, a 3-piece North American maple neck, and a maple fingerboard with Spector crown inlays. Its 34-inch scale, tapered .145 low string, and dedicated setup provide a tight, defined response in BEAD tuning.

The reverse P/J configuration uses active EMG P and J pickups paired with the Spector Legacy preamp, developed in collaboration with Darkglass Electronics. It delivers the aggressive midrange, clarity, and characteristic growl associated with modern Spector basses.
