Ashly Protea System II 4.24GS 4-channel Graphic Equalizer "slave" unit. Can be used with multiple units in the series for large setups.

This can be controlled and programmed from a 4.24G main unit, the 4.24RD remote control, through the use of Ashly's Protea System Software running on a PC, or by a MIDI controller (but not directly from its front panel - make sure you understand this prior to purchase, no returns for buyer error).
