The Mapex AR628SFUVNJ Armory Set Blue Wave Burst impresses with its unique hybrid shells made of birch and maple. The outer layers of birch provide clarity and attack, while the middle layer of maple adds warmth and volume to the sound. This combination delivers a quick response, dynamic playability and a powerful punch that cuts through any style of music. With their clear projection, the Armory drums are a first-class choice both live and in the studio.

Thanks to the innovative SONIClear Bearing Edge, the skin-to-shell contact is significantly improved. The result is a balanced, natural sound with accentuated low mids and easier tunability. The low frequencies in particular come out clearer and more present, giving the Set more warmth and depth overall. This technology saves time when tuning and also allows beginners or semi-professionals to optimize their sound effortlessly.

The SONIClear Suspension System comes directly from the high-quality Saturn and ensures that the tom-toms can vibrate freely without the resonance being dampened by the Hardware. The spring-loaded floor tom legs also support the natural sustain. Together with the robust chrome hardware and the double-layered Remo and heads, the Armory Set is ideally equipped for demanding use. The Set is rounded off by the 14 "x5.5" steel tomahawk snare drum, which perfectly complements any setup with its powerful, cutting sound.
