Made in Brisbane, Queensland by Tony Troughton, Vase amplifiers are known for their rugged construction and meticulous engineering. Troughton, formerly chief engineer for the Western Electric Company in the UK, began building Vase guitar, bass and PA amplifiers in the early 1960s.

This 120-watt amplifier head features Vase's distinctive pull-function tone controls. If the standard treble or bass adjustment does not provide enough boost, the respective control can be pulled out to access a second range that continues beyond the normal sweep of the pot.

Features two channels and bass/guitar/organ inputs.
