Aquila 97C Alabastro Classical Guitar Strings, Light Tension

Ships from our overseas warehouse worldwide — we take care of any customs and duties on your behalf. Standard delivery to the US is 6–10 days.

Aquila Alabastro sets use Nylgut, Aquila's synthetic gut, for the three trebles: a perfectly round and smooth monofilament with the quick attack, projection and tone of gut, and very stable intonation.

The basses are silver-plated copper wound on a Nylgut multifilament core, for high tensile strength, stability through climate changes and long life. Like gut, Nylgut is cut-sensitive: make sure the nut and bridge grooves are smooth with no sharp edges before fitting.

Set 97C is the light tension Alabastro set, a full set of six strings. Made in Italy by Aquila Corde Armoniche.
