PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: This listing is for a Blue Lantern FM Joystick Prototype Eurorack Synthesizer Module. The Blue Lantern FM Joystick is a compact Eurorack synthesizer module that functions primarily as a dual attenuverter and manual control source, allowing for expressive modulation of other modules through its X and Y axes. It is used for tasks like controlling filter cutoff, adding frequency modulation (FM) to VCOs, and triggering events.

SPECS:

• Dual Attenuverter: Each axis of the joystick acts as a separate attenuverter circuit, offering bipolar voltage control. Centered is 0V; moving the joystick left/right or up/down provides positive or negative voltage.
• Internal Voltage Source: When nothing is patched into the input jacks, the module uses an internal reference voltage (around 7V, adjustable via an internal trimmer on some versions), allowing it to control other modules directly.
• FM Capability: Patching an external signal, such as a VCO or LFO, into an axis input allows the joystick to control the amount and direction of the modulation (e.g., adding FM to an external VCO).
• Push Button: The joystick is push-button activated for added functionality.
