The TIC GS3 is an 8-inch outdoor, weather-resistant omnidirectional in-ground speaker designed by TIC Audio. Widely recognized as an industry standard for commercial and residential landscape audio, it delivers a full 360-degree sound signature. - Audio Performance: Built as a full-range coaxial system featuring an 8-inch woofer driver and a 2-inch aluminum cone tweeter. It handles 100W RMS / 200W Peak power with a frequency response starting at 70 Hz.
- Omnidirectional Sound: The driver fires upward into a deflector dome, radiating sound evenly in all directions (360 degrees) so there are no dead zones in your outdoor space.
- Weatherproof Cabinetry: Constructed from high-impact, UV-resistant ABS plastic. It is designed to withstand harsh environments, including rain, snow, pool chemicals, and lawn mowers.
- Wiring & Compatibility: It runs at a standard 8-ohm impedance for traditional home audio amplifiers. It features a 3.3-foot double-insulated burial-grade cable tail for wire splicing.
- Commercial Integration: For long-distance commercial wiring, it can be adapted to 25V, 70V, or 100V systems using the optional TIC SP7T external transformer.

Installation Tips
- In-Ground Burial: For the best aesthetic and acoustic response, bury the speaker up to the bottom edge of its exposed top grille. This keeps it stable and hides the main body.
- Drainage: Ensure the hole has a layer of gravel or sand underneath the speaker to allow water to drain away, preventing the base from sitting in stagnant puddles.
- Wire Splicing: Use waterproof wire nuts or silicone-filled connectors to seal the splice between your main speaker run and the GS3's cable tail to prevent moisture corrosion over time
