High-power, very high-end HI-GAIN head. Like the rest of George amplifiers, the Vulcano is also made entirely by hand using the hand-wired and point-to-point technique. It only uses printed circuit board in the Power Supply section and in the switching control section. The audio circuit is fully wired point to point. The amplifier delivers 100 watts through four 6L6GC-STR TADs in the power stage. The Vulcano is a Hi-Gain amplifier with two completely independent channels capable of meeting the most current demands of any guitarist. The first channel delivers clean, crisp, dynamic and very forceful sounds. A real, real clean. With the second channel you can get devastating Hi-Gain distortions with compact and very fast bass, warm and defined mids and clear and very well balanced highs. And all this complemented with features that give it the versatility expected in a high-end product: double master, remotely switchable serial loop and parallel loop, presence control in the power stage, possibility of reducing the gain to Crunch without changing the volume on the second channel, mid booster assignable to the second master to launch the solo, Pentode/Triode selector to reduce the power by half. In short, an amplifier designed by musicians for musicians.
