I have a 2020 BC Rich USA ST here with its deluxe hard shell case.

Conditionally, this guitar looks pretty nice.

The body top, back, and sides/edges all look the same. I'm seeing a gorgeous high gloss finish, with no buckle rash, dings, or dents.

Nor did I find any lower intensity soft pattern playwear. Any superficial swirling or signs of guitar pick strumming will be absolutely minimal to nonexistent. I did not find any light surface playwear built up on it.

The neck shaft contour looks and feels excellent. There is just one mark of note to point out on this guitar. This happens to pointy headstock guitars more often than not. There's a little chip to the finish at the very top of the headstock about 4 to 5 mm in size. It does not knock off a chunk of wood. If desired, you could probably actually repair it with a little bit of polyurethane. See the last picture for this.

The rest of the neck looks fantastic. The fretboard is beautiful. There is no fret wear. The original factory setup is perfectly dialed in. It plays like butter. The original electronics are working perfectly. The hard shell case is in excellent condition.

So this one rates anywhere between an 8.9 to a 9.1 out of 10 and grades as very good, with that mentioned finish chip on the tip being pretty much the only thing I can describe on this entire guitar. Beyond that, it's on the higher most side of excellent throughout. So visually, the guitar is very stunning, very clean. It is structurally and sonically sound and plays like butter.

This is the classic Gunslinger super strat shape that B.C. Rich popularized in the 1980s, now executed with the highest level of quality and precision the brand has ever offered. This one comes from the Orlando USA factory where they are building these classic B.C. Rich guitars to an extremely high standard.

This one has the stealth black aesthetic that is synonymous with the brand. The wood selection, including the tastefully flamed maple neck shaft, delivers that classic super strat tonal recipe. You get a warm, three dimensional, sweet sounding midrange from the alder body, paired with clarity, cut, and note separation from the maple and ebony neck combination. That articulation is perfectly balanced by the high output passive pickups. They sound powerful and aggressive while still retaining a classic, organic voice.

The B.C. Rich brand originally began as a premium boutique builder catering to professional players. Its later mass produced import models became so widespread that they somewhat overshadowed the reputation of the original USA instruments. The current USA line is a low production, high end guitar series that is comparable to the current USA Select line from Jackson, and what Suhr is doing as well. Those are the two that come to mind that are comparable.

Note that this listing may come down at any time, as I am a multi platform seller and also sell locally and through my own site in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged on Reverb sales when applicable, so please factor that into your purchase.

I pack immaculately. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides, and sufficient bubble wrap, filler, and internal bracing. All packages are clearly marked as fragile. I also generally detune guitars by one half step prior to shipment when appropriate.

Thank you for reading and considering.
