This is a great guitar and it's fairly priced, so I'm open to reasonable offers.

This is a meticulously and accurately restored model of the Firebird that was Johnny Winter's main guitar.

I am a huge fan of Johnny Winter. I purchased this guitar several years ago in used condition from a fantastic guitar shop in the US. Since then, I have hardly played it at all, mostly just admiring it.

The sound quality is clearly different from the ceramic pickups used in other current Gibson reissue models, as this one features Alnico 5 pickups.

There is almost no fret wear.

There are slight cracks at the screw holes of the truss rod cover (see photos). It was already in this condition when I purchased it. There are also a few scratches on the hard case.

Additionally, I personally requested a reliable workshop in Japan to create a new plain black truss rod cover without the Gibson logo, just as the original Winter guitars had (see last photo). This will be included for the buyer.

As mentioned, I haven't played this guitar much since I got it, but I have uploaded a performance video for this listing. Please note that this video was recorded using a Fender Mustang GTX via a direct line-in connection.
