Up for sale is a 2016 Gibson Custom Shop True Historic 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue (R8) in the classic Lemon Burst finish.

The True Historic series (2015–2016) represents one of Gibson’s most accurate recreations of the original late-1950s Les Pauls. These guitars were built with exceptional attention to vintage detail, including hide-glue construction, historically accurate plastics and hardware, aniline dyes, and Custom Bucker pickups designed to replicate original PAF tones.

This example weighs 3.9 kg (approx. 8.6 lbs), which is a very desirable weight for a Les Paul – offering great resonance, sustain, and balance.

The guitar is in excellent condition, has been well cared for, and sounds exactly like you would expect from a great Custom Shop Les Paul: open, dynamic, and full of vintage character.
