Canopus Vintage Series Chrome Plated snare wires are custom-tailored for the flagship Zelkova Snare Drum. Canopus Vintage Series wires were designed to closely resemble the snare sound and action of vintage Slingerland snare wires, taking several factors into account such as material, spiral diameter and pitch. The end result is a core thickness of 0.5 mm, a spiral diameter of 1.35mm and a pitch of 3.4 mm. Slap these bad boys on your Zelkova for the ultimate 60's vibe. Chrome plating give these wires a slight brightness.
