In vendita "Selmer Truvoice Bassmaster Fifty", originale primi anni ‘60, in condizioni eccellenti considerati i suoi 60 anni o più, davvero raro trovarne uno uguale.
Il Bassmaster è un amplificatore valvolare britannico basato su valvole finali EL34, eroga una potenza di 50W. È il predecessore dei Selmer Treble 'N Bass 50 di metà-fine anni '60.
Il Truvox Bassmaster Fifty è stato costruito tra il 1963 e il 1965 per essere utilizzato come un amplificatore multi-purpose (basso, chitarra, PA).
Tra i più famosi utilizzatori si ricordano Jack Bruce, bassista e membro fondatore dei Cream, e membri dei Procol Harum.

Questo amplificatore ha un grande tono pulito (headroom) e un crunch brillante progressivo e molto musicale, a cavallo tra i classici amplificatori americani e britannici dell'epoca. Presenta un rivestimento in finta pelle di coccodrillo ("Crocodile Skin") e dettagli dorati.

L'amplificatore è stato completamente revisionato da un tecnico specializzato, quindi funzionalmente perfetto. È tutto perfettamente originale, ad eccezione di pochi elementi sostituiti e piccole integrazioni del tutto reversibili: sono stati sostituiti alcuni potenziometri, alcuni condensatori e due zoccoli valvole; è stato aggiunto un trimmer per la regolazione del bias e aggiunte due uscite jack per il collegamento delle casse, mantenendo al contempo operativa anche la sua Bulgin originale. Una delle manopole nel pannello frontale non è originale.

Per collezionisti e musicisti cultori delle sonorità vintage ed autentiche rappresenta una tra le migliori scelte possibili: può essere considerata una delle migliori testate Selmer, al livello dei primi Fender Bassman 5F6-A (amplificatore capostipite) e dei primi Marshall JTM 45 e VOX AC30.

The Bassmaster is a British tube amplifier based on EL34 power tubes, delivering 50W of output. It is the predecessor of the Selmer Treble 'N Bass 50 from the mid/late ’60s. The Truvox Bassmaster Fifty was built between 1963 and 1965 as a multi-purpose amplifier (bass, guitar, PA).
Among its most famous users are Jack Bruce, bassist and founding member of Cream, and members of Procol Harum.

This amplifier features great clean headroom and a brilliant, progressive crunch, very musical, positioned tonally between classic American and British amplifiers of that era. It sports a “Crocodile Skin” faux-leather covering with gold details.

The amplifier has been fully serviced by a specialized technician and is therefore functionally perfect. It is completely original, except for a few replaced parts and minor reversible modifications:
some potentiometers, some capacitors, and two tube sockets have been replaced; a bias adjustment trimmer has been added, along with two jack speaker outputs, while still preserving its original Bulgin connector. One front panel knob isn't original.
