This is a 2018 Fender American Performer Raw Ash Stratocaster.  This model was from a special limited run of guitars and it features a lightweight Swamp Ash body finished in satin natural finish with Yosemite pickups, GreaseBucket tone circuit, modern "C" Maple neck, 9.5" radius, and medium jumbo frets.  Guitar has some minor nicks/scratches on the body but overall is in very good condition.  The frets are still in excellent shape and this guitar plays cleanly up and down the neck with good action and no buzzes or issues.  The pickups and controls work perfectly and sound great.  A great feeling and sounding Strat! It comes in the Fender padded gig bag and it comes with the tremolo bar and truss rod wrench.  A lightweight and resonant strat at only 6.98 lbs. Please let me know if you have any questions.
