Title:
AudioScape 76A Limiting Amplifier (1176 Rev A Blue Stripe) - Handcrafted Batch Built Original

Description:
Up for grabs is an incredible, zero-compromise recreation of the iconic "Blue Stripe" 1176 Revision A FET compressor, built by the master craftsmen at AudioScape Engineering Co..

If you know AudioScape, you know the history: I am the original owner and purchased this unit directly from the bench on September 6, 2023. This was scored during the legendary "first-come, first-served" nightly drops where you had to race to the checkout before the small batch vanished in under a minute!

Sound & Construction:
The 76A is famously fast, raw, and delightfully aggressive. It features a pristine Cinemag CO-12 input transformer (the absolute best UTC replica available), custom-wound output iron, and period-correct NOS 1970s FET transistors. If you want that fabled vintage midrange grit, character, and upper-mid vocal presence that plugins simply fail to replicate, this is the box. It is a complete secret weapon for carving out parallel rock vocals, snapping a snare drum, or adding immense harmonic saturation to an acoustic guitar.

Condition:
Excellent to mint condition. It has lived safely in a smoke-free, climate-controlled studio rack since the day it arrived from Florida. Fully tested, metering is spot on, and all potentiometers and switches are flawlessly clean and quiet.

Will be packed with maximum care and shipped promptly with tracking. Save yourself the custom import fees/taxes across the border and grab a small-batch classic!
