Shipping Policy
- Additional shipping fees may occur after you've paid on Reverb. Why? Shipping rates & values vary in so many ways and nailing it down is a fine art. If we determine a listing's shipping amount on Reverb does not reflect the true cost of shipping to your location. Union Music will issue the buyer a shipping balance that needs to be paid in full in order to procure tracking number and subsequent shipment of the item.
We will message you through Reverb when issuing shipping balances which can be paid by PayPal.
- If we determine you have paid to much for shipping, we will gladly issue you a refund through PayPal too! You'll see overpaid amount back in your PayPal Account and a message through Reverb discussing the overages.
- We ship/receive using UPS ground.
- Handling time runs between 2-4 days after payment has cleared.
- Handling times can change during winter months or when we determine additional shipping balance are issued.
- We pack w/extra care in mind, our top priority is the safe travel of your new prized instrument.
- We cannot provide international shipping.
