Shipping Policy
++++ Please read carefully ++++
Shipping method: Post office EMS (default shipping method), EMS Premium/UPS Service (For big package) with full tracking.
Delivery would take 3~5 working days delivery to shipping address in normal situation.
You can track EMS shipments from below link. It is faster and more accurate than Reverb's EMS tracking system.

***In case fail to delivery occurs by buyer (wrong address, absence or etc), package may automatically return to us and return shipping cost will be charged to the buyer. It does not mean purchasing canceled and buyer must pay all the shipping (return, re-ship) cost to get it.
*** Local Tax and Custom are buyer's duty. We can support and provide documents (Invoice, Document certification of Origin and ETC) to help to clear custom clearance but buyer must handle it.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

***We do everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible and get it on its way. However, this also means that we cannot make any changes or cancellations after the order has been dispatched/ Shipped. Order only can be canceled before package dispatched/ shipped.
***International orders (all our items are "sold as it is") cannot be returned excep there is damage or item is different as escbribed.
Return arrangements must be made within 48 hours of receipt and must be authorized by us "Tone Freaks District" prior to shipment.
In other case, refunds on approved returns will be made in-full less shipping costs both ways and applicable credit card fees.
In limited circumstances, returns outside the 48 hour approval window may be considered but are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We are happy to discuss approval prior to trading if required. Sale, clearance, demo, and NOS items are considered final sale and no refunds or returns are allowed on these items.
All orders must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped within 5 business days after return approval.
If any of the above criteria is not met we "Tone Freaks District" reserves the right to refuse the return or a higher re-stocking fee may apply.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis so if you have any issues or concerns don't hesitate to contact us.
