Shipping Policy

Once your purchase has been made and payment received by us, your guitar will be automatically booked back into our workshop in order to run through our standard quality control, service and set-up procedures before being authorised for dispatch.

Your guitar will then be expertly packed and secured for shipping from the UK via top-quality couriers, with full tracking details supplied so you may purchase with confidence.

Shipping & Handling times do vary but for your own piece of mind, we quote an estimated delivery time of 30 working days (covering all geographic locations worldwide) and, of course, most instruments are dispatched and delivered before this depending on our current workload!

All guitars feature an initial 30 calendar day warranty for any / all suspected faults or manufacturing issues (please see our full T&Cs via our website for reference), please report any suspected issues with your purchase within that time so we can offer you our assistance.

International buyers are responsible for any and all import customs, tax, duties or tariffs that may or may not be applicable with your purchase, so please do any and all research necessary prior to purchase as we are not responsible for these fees (if any). International buyers, like all recipients of goods, are also responsible for facilitating delivery and complying with courier requirements at all times - no responsibility will be accepted on our part for failed deliveries due to the actions / inactions of buyers during the shipping process.
