General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Cymbals must be free of stick marks, fingerprints, and any other markings keeping the cymbal from looking new. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any cymbal not meeting these guidelines.
If you Make An Offer (or we engage in offers back and forth) on a cymbal and that offer is accepted, the cymbal will be considered a sale item and cannot be returned. Any cymbal sold at an agreed price other than the advertised price will be considered a sale item and is not eligible for return.
