I build and tweak most of the equipment I use in the studio or on stage. That’s how I gather a lot of quality spare parts priced for sale. I’m also on the lookout for good deals on the local market, especially lefties.

I believe in guitars being played, so unless it's a totally mint instrument, part of the fun of trading good guitars is getting to play them to keep them 'alive'.

I practice, gig and record on a regular basis since 1991. I keep my personal guitars and recording equipment top notch at all times. I have all the soldering and electronics profesionnaly done by a local amp builder and Fender certified technician (chuckelectronique.ca). When a tweak is beyond my skill (say, filing a custom bone nut) I have it done at a pro luthier (lutheriemoustache.com) I've been dealing with those partners for over 15 years.

So when I sell a guitar, be it entry level or top shelf, it goes in the shipping box if and only if its on par with my own. I'm not a charity of course, but the only thing that goes in the 'cost' column at Navarro Guitars are guitars and parts. I don't count my time. I have a decent day job. I enjoy tweaking guitars and making them sound and look the best they can.

My seller's approach is simple. Everything sells in the end, so there's no point in pretending a horse is a unicorn.

If a guitar is stellar, I'll say it with enthusiasm.
If it's average, I'll price it accordingly.
If it's subpar, I don't sell it.

I ship promptly and with great care. I won't fit a guitar in a smaller box just to save 10 bucks shipping. Feel free to enquire for shipping arrangements if you need more than one item.

Signature by buyer will be required upon reception to avoid lost items. This added security is at my charge. If you do not need this (that is, you trust your USPS guy not to leave the item in an unsecured location), please mention this before completing payment.
