Shipping Policy
Orders received Before 3 pm will be processed and shipped immediately Same day to insure that you receive your product as soon as possible. Orders received after 3 pm will be processed and shipped first thing next business day. In the event that the product is out of stock or back-ordered the customer will be notified immediately and shipping and billing arrangements will be discussed.
*Please note: N Stuff is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
*All shipping prices listed are standard UPS Ground and USPS
*If you wish to upgrade or change delivery service, please contact us prior to ordering.
*N Stuff orders are only shipped to the billing address of the account holder or a PayPal or Direct Checkout confirmed address. We cannot change the address on your order. Changes have to be made by contacting a team member on Reverb.com.
*To ensure your order arrives safely and without incident, we have a SIGNATURE REQUIRED policy upon delivery of your product. If you are not able to accept and sign for your order in person, please contact us before or during your order process to make alternative shipping arrangements.
*All tracking information is posted to your order here on Reverb.com when it ships from our store. If you will not be home to intercept your package, you can contack the carrier to have it held for pickup. If your item is returned to the shop after 3 delivery attempts, buyer is still responsible for any and all shipping charges.

New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
N Stuff Music offers a 7 day return policy on New items and 3 day return policy on Used and Vintage items.
(Buyers outside of the Continental United States - Please specify your location when messaging. Higher shipping rates apply when shipping outside of the CONUS. Also there are CITES restrictions on items containing rosewood.)
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or exchange.
*Purchaser is Responsible for Shipping in BOTH directions if item is returned. NO Exceptions.
*Products MUST be in the SAME condition it was received with all the original boxes, packaging, protective plastic coatings, stickers, hang tags, etc.
Any new items that have been registered for the manufacturers warranty cannot be returned for any reason. *Especially Rickenbacker instruments.
*Items that are ordered, delivered, and reshipped to another location or out of the United States are not eligible for a returns.
