I've always been on the look-out for a great gear bargain, particularly those items from the 1960's - 1980's. I have ended up with stuff stashed away in two different studio locations as well as my basement. My wife has (frequently!) pointed out that I have way too much to regularly play and it's time to downsize as we get (gulp) older. So, a year ago, I began the process of sorting through the equipment, playing it all again, and making the sometimes tough decisions about what to keep and what to part with. I still have quite a pile about which I say "I'll part with this some day....but not quite yet."
