Shipping Policy
We ship daily throughout the week. However, there will be longer processing times during the weekend as well as for orders placed later on Fridays due to our warehouse being closed on weekends. Regardless of when your order is received, we strive to ship your items as soon as possible.
We currently ship within the continental United States only and do not offer international shipping.
**Please note: Shipping addresses must be confirmed before placing your order, as we are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been received. Thank you very much for your understanding.**
International Shipments & Freight Forwarding Services:
KORG USA does not accept returns or provide warranty support for products that have been shipped outside of the United States. This includes orders routed through any freight-forwarding company.
Once the product is delivered to the freight forwarder, ownership transfers to the purchaser, and all return rights, warranty coverage, and service eligibility are immediately void.
Any claims related to damage, loss, malfunction, or misdelivery must be filed directly with the freight forwarder. KORG USA will not provide return labels, reimburse international shipping, or accept returned merchandise from outside the U.S.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
*Due to the nature of electrical components, all sales on spare parts are final.
*B-stock products sold by Korg USA may have minor cosmetic imperfections and may show slight signs of use but are in perfect working condition. The product will be packaged with all factory included accessories/power supplies. B-stock products have been repaired, if necessary, and QC’d to manufacturers specifications and carry the same manufacturer’s warranty as a new product. Bstock products may not include owner’s manuals (downloadable on-line) and may not be in the original packaging. We do not offer specific notes or images on our B-stock products as they are packaged before they are available in our inventory
