Selling (and sometimes buying, trading and even playing) quality used guitars and other gear. Based in Los Angeles. Of the last four guitars I listed, three sold in less than a day, so I think my prices are generally very reasonable (maybe too reasonable, was my thought after those guitars sold so quickly, to be honest). But if I mistakenly overprice a guitar in a listing, I'm always open to negotiation and if you can point out evidence that I'm asking for too much (e.g. examples of recent sales of the same model guitar for less), I will likely adjust/correct my price based on what's reasonable in the market.
Shipping Policy
I ship via UPS or USPS, with full insurance and signature required. Modified shipping arrangements may be possible on request. I strive to ship within 24 hours of payment clearing, or on the same day if I'm paid by noon. So far, I think I've been able to accomplish this 100% of the time.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
The guitar's description is a combination of the pics and the narrative. If the guitar does not match the description, you can return it within 7 calendar days of delivery and I'll pay shipping. Returns for any other reason (apart from damage during shipping) are allowed within 7 calendar days, but buyer pays return shipping. For damage during shipping, all items are insured for the full sales price, so the proper recourse is through the insurance. Note, if the insurance does not pay (for example, if they conclude the damage happened after delivery), I cannot be responsible for that. I'm not trying to be unfair, I just can't be left holding the bag if you damage the guitar after delivery and then claim it came to you that way. See my rating, I'm a preferred seller with top rating, satisfied customers, so you do not have to worry about getting ripped off. (Note, I only had one rating less than 5 stars, a 4 star rating, and that buyer took away a star because he said the tremolo arm that I sent with the guitar was not the original / matching arm, but if you look at the product description, I had expressly stated that the tremolo arm was not original or matching, so this had been fully disclosed. The point is, I go out of my way to be honest and fair in my dealings.)
