General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Any returns and cancellations, including cancellations as a result of non-payment, if approved, will result in a 30% fee/charge. This is inclusive of a 15% restocking fee and 15% administrative fee.

When a buyer makes an offer and the seller accepts, most jurisdictions would treat that as a binding contract, with the buyer having an obligation to pay. Additionally, for unpaid orders, the buyer received value (such as holding or reserving the item from other prospective buyers) and this fairness demands some recognition to the seller, in addition to the coverage of seller incurred costs (listing bumping, shipping preparations, and administrative effort).
