Shipping Policy
Standard orders ship UPS ground. This service cannot ship to PO Boxes. If USPS is needed please message us in advance of making your purchase. Please send all special request through eBay messaging and not through PayPal.
Weekday orders paid for before 3pm will ship out that same evening unless a US holiday is observed. Orders paid for after 3pm on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. Gain Stage Music observes the same US holidays as UPS and USPS, so please keep this in mind when calculating your order arrival time.
• Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico need additional shipping costs. Please write or call if you’re having trouble checking out with these addresses. 90% of our items can be shipped to these areas.
• Gain Stage Music supports men and women overseas or in the US serving their country. If you have an APO or FPO address we can help you receive your item using USPS. There are restrictions on the items value to these addresses. We will need to run a shipping estimate before approving any order.
• PO Box addresses can only receive small items. If you have a rural address and it’s not an actual Post Office location then this restriction doesn’t apply. Some RR box addresses (Rural Route) in distant areas will need additional shipping costs and cannot be shipped for free.
• International shipments are all processed through USPS. Please update your account with a phone number or we cannot process it and will message you for more info. We discourage requests for a cheaper service that doesn’t provide good tracking information. USPS Priority Mail is the most reliable. Express and Global Ex Guaranteed are available through USPS.
• Many brands are not available to ship international due to dealer agreements. We will not provide any invoices or statements that differ from what a customer paid for any reason.
• Gain Stage Music cannot ship items valued at over $150 to hotel or motel addresses unless it is confirmed by PayPal or purchased by the business themselves.

Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Gain Stage Music must be notified within 14 days of receiving item to qualify for refund or return. Buyer pays return shipping unless merchandise is found to be defective by manufacturers standards. After 14 days items must be returned to manufacturer for warranty coverage or defective claims.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returns for defective items will be tested before refund is given. There is a 10% restocking fee with items found not to be defective and item must be in exact same condition as when it left our store with all original packaging materials to qualify for refund. Occasionally a 15% restocking fee is applied, for items found not to be defective and in addition have been mounted, assembled, soldered or altered. This is due to these items being resold as used.
These policies don't apply to any used, new old stock, demoed or sale items which are sold as is. Thanks and please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. Gain Stage Music tries to work out the best solution for our customers and will help where we can.
