General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for exchange or refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Products damaged in shipping due to poor packing will not be eligible for exchange or refund. All returns and exchanges must be returned with delivery tracking confirmation. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure to insure your package. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method that was used to place the order.
