Chicago Cable Company was born out of an ongoing obsession with finding the perfect cable to suit a specific need. After years of being frustrated and disappointed when I couldn’t find that exact cable/adapter/jack/thing I was looking for — at least not for a decent price, I want you to be as excited about using your Chicago Cable Co. product as I was to design and build it. My aim is to provide creative, cost-effective solutions whether it’s for a touring musician, your humble home studio, or a cobbled-together rehearsal space.

Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Made to Order items may not be returned, cancelled, or exchanged, will not be refunded for either cash or credit, and are "Final Sale". Any modifications requested after the original sale will be performed at an additional cost at the discretion of Chicago Cable Company.
Limited Warranty:
If there is ever a functional issue with your product that is not due to misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear, it will be repaired or replaced with an identical or similar item, free of charge (excluding shipping costs), or issued a refund/credit at the discretion of Chicago Cable Company. This offer only applies to the original owner, who may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
