General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns within 7 days on Used gear. Restock fee will be 10% of sale price (not including Shipping charges) up to a Maximum re-stock fee of $150. This is my "buyer's remorse/‘I'd like to try it out' ” fee. I get it, buying a guitar online is sort of a new experience for many, but I’d like to see mine get shipped as infrequently as possible. If you feel there is something that doesn’t agree with my description of an item, please reach out to me, and we can discuss the "fee".
So, in simple terms, Buyer pays Shipping both ways, and the Restock fee is 10% of item purchase price.
