I have sold at least 100 guitars and 50 amps in the past 5 years through Reverb and another site that I will not mention but I am sure everyone knows. I have never received bad feedback. I describe guitars I sell accurately and ship quickly. I am selling on Reverb now because it is a top quality site and a better place to sell than the previous site. I also sell pedals, amps, pickups and other guitar type gear from time to time. Everything I sell will be packed well and will have to be signed for. Ben.
Shipping Policy
I only ship to the USA including Hawaii.And I will ship to Canada if it is a small item, it will cost a little more. I will not ship to a P.O. Box. I will only ship to a confirmed, verified United States Address. I use FedEx for guitars and amps. I use USPS priority mail for smaller items. I ship within one day of payment. $45.00 flat rate for guitars. and of course less for pickups and smaller items. Everything I sell will have to be signed for.

New Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
I do not give partial refunds period! I take big clear pictures and describe items I sell very well. I check that everything I sell works as it should before I ship the item. Buyers cannot return items because of buyers remorse or the buyer feels he or she made a mistake. The buyer has 3 days to return the item if item does not work or is not as described. Buyer must contact me with any problems. Any returns I agree to must be returned in the same condition as shipped. When I receive the returned item and I am satisfied with the items condition and the way it was packed, then I will issue a full refund. If the item is damaged upon return and not packed properly, then no refund will be issued.
