General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

We don't like Restocking Fee's any more than you do.
Any product/s returned must be complete with original packaging in new condition. Any signs of use could incur a higher fee or will be not eligible for a refund. With any return, customer pays shipping charges.
If a product arrives defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement. Also, before shipping back any defective merchandise, Please note that we don't accept any items without a valid RMA number. Contact Us first and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a Shipping label!
