My passion is guitar building with a specialty in finishing, but age is starting to catch up with me, so I now concentrate on selling guitar parts and accessories. My philosophy is simple. I don’t carry a huge inventory, because, what I do sell, I want to control the quality and the service (good parts at a competitive price and shipped quickly)
I have been very careful not to outgrow my capabilities so that I can offer more personalized service and faster turnaround times on orders. 95% of everything I sell ships within 24 hours. My wiring harnesses and guitar necks take a little longer. I always build my harnesses to order.
Shipping Policy
Most items ship next day. Wiring harnesses which I build after sale takes 3 days to ship as do guitar necks.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Restocking fees will vary from 5% to 10%. Tonepros items, and other vacuum packed items, once opened are not returnable.
