Shipping Policy
I generally prefer to ship on Mondays after payment in full has cleared bank accounts, as this allows the customer to receive the instrument during the week, and not sit on a truck or in a warehouse over a weekend. I prefer to use FedEx Ground. $50 for solid body and semi-hollow guitars. Archtops ship overnight via FedEx Overnight due to their sensitive build. Faster service, including overnight for solids and semis is available upon request at an additional charge. Artistic Guitars packs well, and photo-graphs the packing for your added protection. We are not responsible for Finish checking when going to cold weather climates. We recommend a minimum of 1-day ambient temperature acclimatization before opening the box.
I do not ship guitars with CITES protected species such as Brazilian Rosewood out of the United States.
On International shipments, I use FedEx International Priority. Please call for pricing. Any additional fees including duties, VAT, or any other charges related to international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer, and are non-refundable.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
