Acoustic Remedy Cases (ARC) was founded in 2008 by Ryan Sauter and Adam Jacobson. We are based in La Crosse, Wisconsin along the bluffs of the Mississippi River. ARC is a two person energetic and entrepreneurial team which directs day-to day business, provides excellent customer service during fast-paced growth, and develops the vision for the future of the company. Together, the team continually strives to be at the pinnacle of instrument display and protection. We are always fostering relationships within the music industry and our number one goal is complete customer satisfaction. In the very near future we plan to be featured in some of the best guitar shops in the country, have endorsements from internationally known artists, and have products in every corner of the USA.

To provide musicians and collectors the best method to display and protect their high quality instruments. Our cases will consistently incorporate the same attention to detail, aesthetic properties, and exquisite craftsmanship that is expected in their instruments.

BRIEF HISTORY:
The idea of the ClimaStand grew from an idea Ryan drummed up, to rough sketches on a sheet of paper, and finally to the first prototypes. ARC brought the concept to Adam's father, Denny Jacobson (a soon-to-be retired carpenter at the University of Wisconsin) around the summer of 2008. He was integral in the early stages of the company by providing woodworking mentorship and sound advice. Extensive product development was crucial in this phase of the company, allowing us to fine tune our product and produce the very best in instrument protection/display cases. Our first designs centered around the acoustic guitar and protecting it from the unrelenting fluctuations in humidity and temperature that tend to wreak havoc on these delicate instruments. Many hours were spent in a small workshop in Ryan's garage perfecting the design, learning the craft, and producing the first ClimaStands. After contracting a local cabinet shop for production, we were introduced to the Amish by the owner of String Swing. Ever since the Amish have been building and varnishing every ClimaStand, while Ryan and Adam have been able focus solely on customer satisfaction and growing the business. By the time we brought the product brought to market, we were utilizing the top accessories available - Humidipaks, String Swing, and Caliber IV hygrometer. Our journey finally has led us to develop products for banjos, mandolins, violins, ukuleles, and cellos.
