Shipping Policy
A.J.'s Pro Percussion uses UPS, FedEx and USPS for most deliveries.
Most orders ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
All shipments over $100 may require a Signature upon delivery unless specified otherwise.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact A.J.'s Pro Percussion prior to returning any item.
Items are to be returned within 14 days of the received date.
Items must be returned with the original sales receipt, paperwork, and any free gifts that were included with the purchase.
Items are to be returned in the original manufacturers packaging with all accessories and product documentation, cds, dvds, bags, etc.
Items need to show absolutely no signs of use, wear, stick marks, or fingerprints.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or refusal/denial if we are unable to sell the returned item(s) as new.
No exchanges or refunds can be offered for videos, books, clothing, drumheads, drum sticks, special/custom order items, and used or vintage gear.
Refunds are offered for product purchase price only and will not include shipping or handling charges. Free Shipping promotions are applicable with purchase only. If you choose to return the item(s) you will receive a refund for the item(s) minus the cost of shipping.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all merchandise until it safely reaches our location. You should double check all packaging and insure your shipment for the full amount of your original purchase. We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen, or missing items. Use a reputable shipping carrier and keep your tracking number until you have a delivery confirmation. You are responsible for any shipping claims if there is a problem with your return shipment.
Refunds on purchases will be credited to your account within 72 hours of receipt of the return. Refunds will be credited to your original payment source.
