Intelligel and Applied Acoustics Systems have partnered together to make the PLONK module. PLONK continues the relatively new trend of physical modeling in the Eurorack format, which could very well shake up the drum synthesis – something that has been more or less stagnant for some time now. This module will retail for around $300 and is expected to hit the market in Q2 of 2017.
