This is a weird one. Orville is basically an old lawsuit guitar brand (think Greco or Ibanez), that got officially licensed by Gibson for the East Asian market. Very few of these things have made their way to America. Guitar has a really comfortable, thin neck and the humbuckers are very articulate.
WEAR AND TEAR
As with a lot of old Japanese guitars, the binding is aging poorly. Around most of the guitar it’s faded brown, but on the lower bout by the knobs it has separated from the body slightly. I’ve taken it to a luthier and had some work done so it doesn’t worsen, but it is there
